Dear Jasmine, the house is not available but I can offer you another option which is also in the vrbo website by the number #296342. These are Suites in a private, gated, and secure condominium, very well located inside Antigua. The address is 4th ave South No.30, where 4th ave is the same one that passes in front of the Cathedral, four blocks away; you can walk to every place!

 

There are two different Suites with the same layout in two levels: with living room with fireplace, dining room, equipped kitchen, laundry, exterior patio with water fountain, one bedroom and one bathroom. Suite Dona Beatriz has one queen size bed in the bedroom and the sofa bed for two in the living room, up to 4 can sleep in here, and Suite Don Pedro has two queen size beds plus the sofa bed, up to 6 can sleep in here and the areas are a bit bigger.

 

The price for the 7 nights you want starting January 31, is a total of: Suite Dona Beatriz US$450 and Suite Don Pedro: US$500, prices includes wifi internet, utilities, parking, and one cleaning of the Suite and change of bed linens and towels in the midweek of your rental.
